Yeah man, here we go again, yet another beer added to this Next Glass owned database by yours truly. So much content generation, this is the thanks I get?
Pours a hazy existence out on the river. Yellow thin gravy appearance, 1/2" white head. Ok, so its the least up to snuff aspect of the beer. But ya know, its the hazy ipa style, so whatcha gonna do when soyboy mania runs wild on you? Slice is getting to be the Nelson brewery, I think more than half their ipas are made with Nelson, and hot damn, I ain't one to complain if a brewery wants to jam pack my favorite hop into most of their hoppy beers. Mosaic doing usual mosaic danky nose stuff berries, weed, guava.
The taste, I dunno if it is the titular namesake or what, but I thought I was getting Galaxy hops because of the pineapple notes. I guess that was the Enigma hops. Still hitting the Nelson funky weed, onion, garlic, fermenting white grape notes. Good bitterness draped into a hazy package. One of the crisper feeling hazies because of that. The system works.
