Astrofog" is a Hazy IPA drifting somewhere between deep space and a juice-soaked dream. Saturated with a cosmic hop load of Nectaron, Strata, Galaxy, and Motueka Cryo, it pours thick and glowing, pulling you into a swirling nebula of flavor. Bursts of ripe nectarine, peach rings, and tropical punch collide with passionfruit, mango, and bright citrus, while Strata adds a grounding hint of berry and dank depth. Motueka Cryo sharpens the edges with flashes of lime zest and citrus peel, cutting through the softness with laser focus. Loud and unapologetically saturated, Astrofog blasts through the mist in a full-flavor warp, leaving nothing but empty cans and star charts behind.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Grassy, slightly resinous, citrus zest, ripe tropical and stone fruit, faint herbal hints, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright zesty citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, tropical and stone fruit, mango, pineapple, peach, apricot, passion fruit, and a little strawberry, a bit grassy and resinous, subtle herbal undertones, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Bright and refreshing with some nice depth. That hop combo covers the spectrum and it all works well together. Really hits the spot on a warm spring day.
