The Red Avadavat is a small bird found in the farmlands of tropical Asia. Adorned with dazzling scarlet feathers and flecked with white spots, it is often refered to as, the Strawberry Finch. This Strawberry and Basil sour ale is brewed with CT grown Emmer wheat, and blended with over 70 lbs of fresh strawberries, then seasoned with fresh picked Basil grown right on our farm. This unique blend of fruity, herbal, and tart flavors refreshes the palate and delights your senses! Enjoy!
