Blue Jay is a sour ale brewed with locally grown Emmer wheat and conditioned on fresh blueberries, lemon zest, and corriander. Aromas of sun ripened berries, hints of citrus oil, and a fresh jam are met with a soft tart flavor, easy dryness, and a clean, mouthwatering finish. A delicate and delightful summer treat!
