Pours a dark brown with fine tan head.
Smell is roasted and a bit sweet with notes of chocolate, sweet licorice, coffee and a hint of violet.
Taste is roasted and sweet with notes of milk chocolate, sweet licorice and coffee with a soft, well integrated bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good stout, lacking a bit of depth.
