Mystic Maiden Scottish Ale

A good take on a Scottish Ale. Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass, this beer features a medium brown color with lots of orange/golden light coming through. The small white head faded fast with just an average length covering of the glass. No lacing to speak of. Aroma and taste included some caramel and bready malt, a little earthy/herbal flavor and some toffee. Quite tasty. Mouthfeel was a bit on the light side but nice and smooth with little bitterness. Would have like a littler richer "feel", but overall, a nice take on the style.
