I picked up a bottle of this while in Germany.... enjoying it while watching the ballgame. This Pils is a clear, very pale, straw color, with a small amount of slow-rising bubbles. Head is white and fairly thin, but with nice lacing. Body is bordering on the lesser side of medium, but it does have a nice, creamy feel on the tongue. The aroma is on the mild side, displaying a bit of grassy, herbal hoppiness. Some crackery, light malt starts things off. Soon to follow is a decent, lip-smacking hop flavor. It has grassy notes, with a slight spicy touch, and the finish is well on the dry side. Could have more oomph in the hop department, yet it is still a nice offering overall. Prosit!!
