Drinking this at The Hell On Horse Creek Brewery in downtown Madison NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears slightly hazy golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped to a nice cap.
Smells smoky and peppery.
Taste follows the nose with the pepper presence building sip by sip, if you don't like smoked arbol peppers, you won't like it.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall I would definitely order again, but only one as it is pretty peppery.
