Drinking this at The Hell On Horse Creek Brewery in Downtown Madison NC.
Poured from a tap into a ball glass jar.
Looks light Amber red and a nice tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, floral, sweet.
Taste follows the nose nicely, with a clean finish on the palate.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Hefeweizen that I would definitely order again.
