Drinking this at The Hell On Horse Creek Brewery in Downtown Madison NC.
Poured from a tap into a Ball glass jar.
Looks medium amber in color with a light colored tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring and some nice lacing.
Smells lightly bready, citrusy grapefruit, orange, sweet and spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a very upfront citrusy right on the front of my palate.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very nice California style IPA that I would definitely recommend and will certainly drink again.
