Our light crisp delicious ale that was brewed and named after Murphy Street. Out of all of the beers brewed on and named after, as a coincidence , Murphy St, I swear this is the best one. Try it.

A: Pours a clear golden amber in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate honey + apricot + peach + pale burnt orange + golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of pale + bready + toasted + caramel malts with a very light amount of caramel sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of light fruit (apple + pear) yeastiness and light aromas of herbal + spicy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of pale + bready + toasted + caramel malts with a very light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of light fruit (apple + pear) yeastiness. Finally there is a light flavor of spicy + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which slowly fades away.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth almost slightly creamy.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft almost creamy mouthfeel. Enjoyable classic English ale flavors and aromas.
