Drinking this at The Hell On Horse Creek Brewery in beautiful downtown Madison NC.
Poured from a tap into a Mason Jar.
Looks light Amber with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, spicy and sweet.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel crisp, light and clean.
Overall a very nice example of a Helles that I would definitely order again.
