L-Pours a very bubbly cola-like beer with a similar cola-like one finger headed that quickly dissipates. Beautiful hazy straw gold body.
S-Sweet citrus, wheat, funky sweet tart-like candy aroma, brett, bubblegum, slight barnyard, and a hint of mushroom in the background.
T-A delicate arrangement of wheat-like citrus, lemongrass earthiness, flavorful funk, and umami mushroom. The chanterelle mushroom addition brings a wonderful umami element to this beer that's delicious and rewarding. Kind of like when you mix sweet with savory.
F-Medium bodied. Full of carbonation at the beginning but not much towards the end.
O-An extremely well made berliner weisse. The beer is incredibly refreshing, and pays homage to the style with a very nice addition of the chanterelle mushroom. This beer is incredibly sessionable, but has so much to offer in regards to flavor profile. Very much enjoyed, and hope to have it again soon.
