This bier, un-apologetically classic, brewed with German malted barley, Hallertauer Herbrucker and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops from our friends at SeitzFarm, German yeast, and Atlanta water. It was krausened and lagered for 6 weeks. Naturally carbonated, an integrated hop profile, and pleasantly bitter. The process brings out the best in us and gives us clarity.

Appearance: Clear straw gold with slight haze. Fluffy white head with good retention.

Aroma: Herbal and spicy. Tea-like notes.

Flavor: Spicy and herbal hops with some lemongrass. Grains and bread flour malt flavors. Low sweetness. Low bitterness

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied. Clean and dry finish that is short with a pleasant bitterness lingering for a bit.

Overall: Well executed German style pilsner. Traditional ingredients showcase spicy and herbal elements of the noble hops varieties (Hallertau Mittelfruh andd Herbrucker). Traditional German pilsner malt provides solid backbone. Bitterness is notable but not over the top. Finish nice and dry. Happy to add this one to the database.
