L-Pours a nice mahogany/orange colored beer, hazy body, nice lacy head, solid carbonation.
S-Sweet and funky barnyard yeast presence is very much there up front, a tart sweet tart aroma follows, apple is noted, lemon grass, and spice at the end.
T-Sweet and funky up front. Nice wild yeast, grainy build and a bitter bite at the end. Hints of lemon grass. Understated an grainy.
F-Medium/light bodied. nice carbonation.
O-Very much enjoyed this beer. Understated, grainy, funky and very much its own. I would absolutely have this beer again.
