NA German-style Pilsner
Brevet is not just a stark inscription upon the page, speaks not only of the ice-cold temperature of the beverage, and not only of length in mere feet, but a story of "going the distance." It is a whispered invitation, a gentle nudge to embark on an odyssey of the self, where the horizon stretches beyond the bend of the road. An extended — long — dance with the ticking clock, where every stride becomes a testament to our human capacity to endure, to transform fatigue into fuel, and to find joy in the sheer act of moving forward.

The big turnoff for me is the hop character. While the beer does not lean worty it has a toothpaste mint note to accompany the cereal notes. And on tasting. it just overpowers the rather clean maltiness. There is also a bit of citrus on the finish that mellows the mint a bit but still way too undrinkable for me. Close to a drain pour.

Phenomenal N.A. Pilsner. Best I’ve ever had. This is honestly the closest thing I’ve tasted to a Czech Pilsner one would have in the Czech Republic. All that’s missing is the super silky mouthfeel. It’s sonewhere between a German and Czech Pilsner, super crisp, floral, drinkable. Do buy.

Can. White head with lace. Clear straw hued gold.
Wow, this is very authentic. One of the closest NA German pils to the real deal. Very hoppy, floral, bitter. But also has the biscuit, bread, and honey crackers.
Big fan of this NA. Reminds me of Modist’s dry hopped pils.
