Clear dark red-brown with modest foam in the Saxo wine-style glass. Some slight aroma of cereal and a whiff of old coffee. Tastes dark and grainy with some slightly sweet malt and a touch of caramel. Finish is a bit charred with a hint of coffee grounds. This might be OK if fresher. As it is, fairly drinkable and no off flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at the big box store. Dated 03/07/2023, nearly a year on shelf storage.

Pours a cloudy honey brown with a finger of foamy head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring with little lacing. Aroma of chocolate and biscuit. Taste follows nose.
