Dankerman is a collaboration with Burgeon Beer, Artifex Brewing Company, & Craft Coast brewing. It’s a West Coast IPA brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, HBC-586 cryo, and Nectaron hops. This beer is dry hopped in two stages to bring out the juicy and dank characteristics of the hops.

This was fire. Like the great pine launched a firey missile of hoppy power into my nostrils and then blew them in their office. There are only three words for such a brew. Diggity diggity dank. I love can.

canned 5/30/23, poured into a tall tulip 6/27. slight chill haze, fairly thin head that recedes to a barely-there ring. No real lacing. Mostly pine/resin smell, also in the taste, but the taste includes some bitter citrus, although I can’t nail down a specific type. Nice, clean finish. Medium body. Overall, a pretty nice WC IPA.

Clear amber brew with plenty of sticky foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Aroma of citrus with lemon and grapefruit in the lead. Huge citrus peel taste which descends into the grapefruit pith. With four breweries, it seems like each one put in enough hops for a regular batch. This is totally over the top, but for those who can't get enough, this hop's for you. It's actually rather interesting but I need a lager to mix with the stuff. From the 16 oz can purchased at at the beer store. Smudged date stamp.
