Clear bright amber brew with lots of foam in the Frydenlund half-litre glass. Aromas of grape leaves, lime, and straw. Spritzy and light on the tongue with some sweetness. Quite flavorful with yellow cake, cornbread, lemon, and a citrus finish. Moderate bitter aftertaste with the fruit along for the ride. Restrained use of hops overall makes for a very quaffable and strong IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 8/13/24.
