Solid west-coast style IPA. Slighty dry, dank and hoppy with the grapefruit citrusy resin mouthfeel. Poured the straw-yellow color typical of the style with minimal head and lacing. Hatchet scores another win with Solid!

Look: It pours amber with an off white head.Head retention is medium. It is very clear.
Smell: It has grapefruit aromas with pine and very low pineapple. There are also very low grainy sweet elements as well.
Taste: The pine is the leading flavor with grapefruit. There is a combination of very low pineapple and grainy sweetness.
Feel: It has a medium body and moderate bitterness.
Overall, there are some good flavor combinations and it has a bit of an edge.
