From the company website:
"Pale gold in colour, wheat and Munich malt give this brew a nicely balanced medium body. Using a combination of American and English hops (Palisade, Citra), The Big Lift is heavily hopped for flavour and aroma. Northern Brewer is added to give it minty and woody undertones. This beer is a mild drinking 6.6% - a fan favorite!"

Hazy dark gold with a thick even head. The nose is spicy and woodsy, different than the usual citrus hop nose. Medium malt body, quite earthy. I am thinking this is much more of an English IPA style beer and it is solid and not flashy.
