Dangerous Dan played guitar with the Allman Brothers Band from 79-82', showcasing a tight aggressive playing style. This beer could have easily been his drink of choice with a melody of peach notes and an aggressive bitterness. This beer is sure to give you a show before the night's over.

A: Pours a clear medium golden amber in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate copper + medium golden yellow + honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film covering a little more than 25% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of stone fruit/peach + citrus/orange zest + floral + earthy + dank hops over the top of moderate aromas of toasted + bready + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of toasted + bready + caramel malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of stone fruit/peach + citrus/orange zest + floral + earthy + dank hops which impart a slightly stronger than moderate amount of aggressive lingering bitterness.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a moderate amount of dryness in the finish. Hints of alcohol warming.
O: Drinks fairly easily considering the strength + aggressive bitterness though the alcohol is relatively well hidden and there is a pleasantly crisp + dry mouthfeel. Enjoyable and totally old school West Coast style DIPA.
