A Southern Strain first, Midnight Run BBA Imperial Stout is aged for over a year in Southern Grace Conviction Bourbon Barrels and brewed with a reiterated mash technique where we use fresh wort instead of water to produce a big, chewy mouthfeel. Notes of fresh oak, cocoa, bourbon, molasses and tobacco are met with a chocolate, roasted bitterness, dark cherry and toasted marshmallow flavor. Best enjoyed at midnight but delicious anytime!
