An odd beast - pours out of a 330ml can a slightly hazy deep amber colour, with a very foamy off-white head that retains further than I expected. Immediately, it smells as funky as a weissbier, with copper and banana. On the tongue, it's in safer pale ale territory, hoppy and malty, but still with a coppery twang to it. Punches above its 4.1 ABV, with moderate fizziness, and a bittersweet finish.
