This was the nineteenth iteration of All Together that I was able to obtain as well as the first beer from Non-Sequitur that I was able to get my hands on. Ordered it online, picked it up at Torch and Crown in SoHo, and thankfully was able to have this a few days later here at the house. Although it tasted quite a bit like all of the others, this was a solid beer that was smooth and left me wanting more when I finished it off!

Not surprisingly, this had a milky and cloudy off-golden hue to it that was uniform and somewhat pleasing when held up to the light. Enough head topped it off as it slowly settled but the lacing left behind was quite sparse and left a lot to be desired. Thankfully, the aroma was better as this had lots of oats, Citra, and experimental hops in it as it wasn't strong but popped nicely in it's own, subtle way. Lovely taste as this was a bit exotic with the Centennial and yeast shining through. Full, juicy, and somewhat tropical and dank at the same time, there were good hints of carapils and Hawaiian Punch in here as there was a lot going on here underneath it's initial impression. Some pineapple and deep forest lingered in the aftertaste as this finished clean with just a few bits of dark sediment at the bottom of the liquid.

There's alcohol here but you'd be hard-pressed to find it before noticing that your pint glass is in need of a refill. No date on the bottom of the can but hopefully, all of these new brewers (including this one) will get on board on that with future releases. While not as slick on the palate as some other takes that I had in the last few weeks, this had enough going for it that I wanted another even before I got to the end of this. This was a fun beer that has me expecting good things from Non-Sequitur in the near future!
