NS Beer

A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pilsener hops are present in the nose along with hints of noble hops.
T: Like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of pilsner malts and has some hints of noble hops - grassy hops seem to stand out in particular. There is a very slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is all about the malt (and even has some subtle sweetness) but is light in body and very easy to drink.
