Loosely based on an Irish Stout, but we skipped the nitro. We also increased the body and alcohol compared to the classic style.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours pitch black with a small light brown head. Smells of slight coffee and chocolate. Tastes of coffee with slight chocolate. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.
