A - Nice medium grade honey body. Thin white head with low lace.
S - Fresh, delicious, and crisp with a killer tropical / floral hop character. Mango, lime, ginger, honey, and lavender.
T - Fantastic balance of citrus, floral, and bitter. Bright opening of green leaves, lime, and lavender. A nice, sharp, ginger center keeps the beer refreshing and pairs up perfectly with the rest of the flavor profile. Stellar dry, bitter floral finish.
M - Medium body with great carbonation.
Note: The beer isn't brewed to any style per-se, but after talking to the brewer I went with Belgian IPA. It tastes like a Belgian White / IPA / Saison hybrid, but they loaded this beer with enough hops that I'd say it's closer to a style-bending Belgian IPA than anything else. It also reminded me of Blue Point's White IPA (only more floral and more punchy), and they classified their brew as a Belgian IPA as well.
Whatever it is, it's delicious!
