Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Fine bubble white head. Leaves behind some partial rings of lacing.
Aroma of grapefruit and lactose.
Taste is tart with a salty finish. Fruity flavor with grapefruit being most prominent. Quick fade in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Sweet and tart balance. Good carbonation.
Kettle sour made in the vibe of a Gose.
