On-draught @ the brewery:
"Black IPA." 6.66% ABV.
Dark malts and subtle roast are well married to faint floral hops. A less aggressive stab at a Cascadian Dark Ale than most, not trying to go big and bold on the hop front to good effect.
Mellow and creamy up front. Silky smooth throughout. Perfectly carbonated, accenting the dark malt sweetness with creamy soft aplomb.
