A dark, strong, malty lager dominated by the rich flavors of Munich and Vienna malts balanced by a German Noble hop presence of very mild floral and spice, all tied together with a clean fermentation of Munich lager yeast. 2022 GABF Gold Medal and 2022 U.S. Beer Open Silver Medal.

Rich malty bready aroma with hints of chocolate. The flavor is loaded with melanoidin and bready characteristics. Nice sweetness but not cloying...a touch of chocolate on the taste too but the bready notes carry this...
