Tim Pelton, Matt Kottke, and John Hilstad founded Mineral Springs Brewery back in 2014 as a fun, shared hobby. When the brick-and-mortar version of MSB was realized in 2019, Tim and Cindy opted to join the new ownership group, bringing Owatonna its first operational brewery since prohibition. This Czech lager is a tribute to Tim and Cindy’s impact and commitment to MSB, upon his retirement at the end of 2021.

Dark brown colored body. Light tan head. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma of dark bread and roasted malts.
Taste has flavors of dark bread, with some char, chocolate, coffee, and a bit of dark fruit.
Medium mouthfeel. Has a mineral note. Good carbonation.
