This small brewery is located just off U.S. Route 22 immediately before crossing the bridge into Easton. It's a little tricky to find but well worth it. The space has a typical, industrial atmosphere but there are lots of tables and it's well-lighted. We visited on a Saturday and the place was packed; there were multi-generational families as well as young couples. It was a boisterous group and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The staff was friendly but a bit harried. The beer itself was varied. I liked the Imperial Stout and Dubbel better than the New England IPA. I sent a can of the Stout (1726) in a BIF and it was well-received. Invertase is worth checking out and is easy to combine with a visit to Weyerbacher, Separatist, or Two Rivers Brewing in Easton or one of the many breweries in the Lehigh Valley.
