500ml can in Kyiv. I was pretty sure that this was going to be as bad as most main stream beers here in the Ukraine. I was not wrong it is even worse than the US version of this beer. Beer looks like a normal lager. That is the end of the good part. Aroma is that same skunky smell the most beers here have. Taste is well a mess of chemicals with a hard landing in the ending. Discusting and on the lower 10% end of beers and a slap in the face to the Bavarian original.

Big respect for the 5.1, it makes it feel a little less commercial.
German Helles brewed under licence in Ukraine by Inbev. As a result, it's cheap but highly unlikely to be good. Usually every commercial Ukrainian beer has a kind of fake alcohol tequila taste happening. Anyway at least the sticker looks straight.
Looks good, mega smooth foam and bubbles. Interesting aroma, kind of like walking in a field after rain, with pure ethanol in the rain.
The background fake tequila alcohol taste is here as always. I just wish it wasn't there. But it's there again, like with the Carlsberg brewed beers also. If it wasn't there, this would be a good beer. It's mega cheap and not worth it when you can buy some great uncommercial Ukrainian beers, or one from somewhere like Germany for a tiny bit more.
