Around 50 pence for a 450ml bottle. Cool bottle design, looks unique. No strange ingredients, just malt and hops.

Lots and lots of head. And mega smooth. Pale colour, but with the head, it looks great.

Aroma is like Tequila or fake alcohol...similar to Opilia and Obolon. Maybe it's some kind of Ukrainian yeast they use, something they add or the water...but this has it. Stella, made in the same brewery I think, has much less. Aside from this, there are aromas of marmalade and sugar.

Taste is really sugary. Reallly sugary. Similar to when you add 6 sugars to a tea, and it has that strange feeling on your tongue. Hops are detectable but minimal. Malt is fairly light. That fake Tequila alcohol flavour and sugar dominates. And sherbert too.

You can get Ukrainian Carlsberg Ukrainian Carlsberg-brewed Amstel for the same price and Krombacher in Ukraine for a tiny bit more. This is better than Opilia but tastes kind of similar. Thin mouth feel but at least there are some hops in the aftertaste.

Inbev's Ukrainian Stella, possibly made in the same brewery with its Saaz hop, is much better than this. The tastes and malt however are a little similar to this also. Inbev need to learn some things from Carlsberg for sure, and stop copying Opilia.

Drinkable, just..so gets a 1.25 for taste. And a little higher overall. Considering how good this beer looks, I'm really surprised about the taste. Now for a Pilsner Urquell to get rid of the weird flavour.
