Blueberry Ale

Purchased a four pack right at the brewery. Can is dated yesterday, July 2, 2020. Nice pour, was expecting the blueberry to give it a reddish or bluish tint, and was surprised it just looks like ordinary ale, medium light brown color. Somewhat sweet in both smell and taste. No doubt about it, they used blueberries to make this. Has a pleasing, bitter but not overly finish. Poured a nice half inch head into a pint glass, which quickly sank to about an eighth of an inch. The sweetness never goes away, which could be a problem for some drinkers. Medium mouthfeel. I think I would be inclined to try this again, but would rotate with other beers if I were having more than one, as I could not see myself drinking so many sweet flavored beers in a row. Overall, very good, despite the above.
