Served in 14oz tulip. Poured a lightly cloudy yellow, not the almost white that gives the style its name, and had very little white head, that had no retention or lacing.
The aroma more closely fit the style; some wheat, some yeast spice, and some othe rspice.
Same on the tongue, the flavors were crisp and bright.
The body was light, clean, smooth, and had a dry, crisp finish.
Drinkability was pretty good, you could knock back a few of these.
Overall. once you get past the obvious yellowness and clarity of what is supposed to be a cloudy, white beer, it's a nice example of the style. Worth trying if you see it.
