Pours a clear orangey amber with plenty of foam in the big Duvel tulip. Aroma of green melon and apple. Some green tea and leafy flavors with a touch of resins in the finish. There's a hint of pineapple and peach but less of the fruity flavor you might expect from El Dorado.
Brewed with Skagit Valley Malt and hopped with El Dorado, Amarillo, and "a touch of Chinook." Aftertaste is quite bitter with a stemmy taste. A big mouthful of hops, interesting, and quite quaffable. From the 32 oz crowler can purchased at the brewpub in Edison.
