Featuring all Skagit Valley Malt and an experimental cryo hops® blend from Yakima Chief Hops®. Tri-2304 is formulated to work in conjunction with a hop schedule to target and boost fruit forward flavor and aroma compounds which survive in the finished beer. Buckwheat and oats provide a full body and soft mouthfeel while the experimental cryo hops® blend used in combination with Mosaic®, El Dorado, and Idaho 7® hops lends aromas of peach, berry, and stone fruit as well as flavors of juicy citrus, mango and grapefruit.
