In the glass this just has the slightest haze. Plenty of foam and spritzy on the tongue. Aromatic with mild spice and banana. Moderately sweet but more dry in the finish. Flavor is malty with the usual clove and banana, but not overly strong, making for a more quaffable Hefe. Finishes with apple juice and black tea. From the 16 oz can purchased at Skagit Valley Coop. Dated 6/20/25.

First time trying this style of beer. Creamy, banana ester? On draft at Front Street Grill in Coupeville, WA. Went well with mussels.
