Clear yellow-amber brew with plenty of foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Thickish malty mouthfeel with abundant spritz on the tongue. Pleasant grainy and flowery aroma. Resiny and a little gummy. Quite bitter. Tastes of malt with some sweetness. This is hard to describe, but it heads into over-steeped green tea territory, more green herbal funk, and then just plain bitter. Not an experience to be repeated. From the 16 oz can purchased at Skagit Valley Coop. Dated 04/18/25 so it's quite fresh.
