De Bierothek. En copa de hefe de Weihenstephander. Valorando PMOs. Perfil maltoso limpio, ligero y refrescante sin resultar aguada. Para beber a litros. Se sube poco a la cabeza

From the bottle, it pours a clear amber color with a nice white head that slowly reduces to a thin layer. The nose gets some grain. The mouth gets a smooth feeling malty brew that is well balanced.

Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Copper colour, pours clear with notable rising CO2 and a 2mm off-white head.
S- Quite grainy/toasty.
T- Some clear malt and via mildly roasty/toasty and bready into a minor dry-hop note into the finish.
F- Prominent CO2 in the mouth. That and the dry hop note make it refreshing. The malt has enough oomph to reward the palate in cooler months. Likely a versatile year-around beer.
O- Very pleasant, lovely balance of hops, malts + CO2 make it versatile and certainly sessionable if you can get it at local prices. Aspects of it remind me of English Bitter, somewhere between that and a darker lager.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the lables to see what I missed! It has a 'Solarbier' logo on it, first time I've seen this*.
500ml bottle BB: 31/09/2021 £2.60 Bought from TremblingMadness, York/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

Pours a dark orange color with a big, white head.

Smells of whole grain bread, toffee malts and a coppery flaw.

Has a fitting medium carbonation with a watery, sweet finish, revealing lots of sweet malts among a watery light body.

Tastes of straw and sugary sweet malts which completely dominate the taste. Has an effervescent mid palate which adds a mineral quality to the omnipresent malts, while producing a very light hop dryness in the finish.

The finish saves this for me, adding a late suspense to the otherwise not evolving, simple beer.
