Poured into a Weizen glas, the beer is cloudy and light brown in color. It produces a very nice 2 and a half inch head.
The nose is typical for a good german weissbier. The taste is the a beautiful balance between banana, bubblegum, wheat and yeast. Added to this is a distinct sweetnes of roasted malt, but not overpowering and masterfully balanced. A great masterpiece!!!!
