Yields a clouded amber color with a noisy, huge head.
Has aromas of leaf wrapped glazed caramel, wet soccer field and old mold among spicy, honey tamed herbs.
The mouthfeel on this is quite refreshing, highlighting a light and easy drinking, well balanced body, together with a late, well nuanced effervescence.
Tastes of rustic whole grain bread, together with fresh roasted barley and earthy toffee among dried hay, as well as woodruff and lighter chamomile. Turns a little dryer then with a pleasantly balanced spiciness, gently entangled into melting caramel and coumarin. Finishes with a noticeable and lasting noble hop quality, spicy malts and a light presence of licorice, tamed by lingering honey and wormwood.
Lovely, unusually complex and well put with an intriguing, intense hop, toffee and spices interplay.
