St. Basil the Great was know for his care of the poor and underprivileged. As an ode to St. Basil, our amber ale is loaded with nearly 3.5 pounds of basil grown in the backyard of our owner. We mainly used sweet basil but also added a little Thai and Spicy Basil for added complexity and kick.
