I had this beer on-tap in a mug at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: rather dark orange hue with lots of haze and a thin layer of white head. It's darker than most hazy IPAs I've encountered, but it's still definitely "hazy" for sure.
Smell: lightly fruity and sweet aroma. It's nice, but doesn't have a ton of personality.
Taste: mostly fruity hops with a little bit of dankness. The fruitiness contains notes of berry and a little tropical note. It's a little on the sweet side and contains little bitterness, so it's definitely on the classic hazy spectrum. It's a little different, and I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not a bad beer. I feel like it lacks the candylike fruitiness that I love in the style, but really, you could do a lot worse.
