This classic West Coast India Pale Ale is a crowd favorite with smooth, assertive bitterness and a complex balance of grapefruit, orange and pine notes. Dry hopped with Amarillo & Citra hops.

Poured into a Stone Gargoyle flute. Pours a medium golden amber with light coppery notes and a two finger white head with great retention and nice lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, lime, light grassiness and catty dankness. Flavor is lightly caramel malt, citrus, dank and piney hops, grapefruit, orange, catty dankness and a little pine. Lingering piney and dank bitterness. Medium bodied with light to medium creaminess. A solid West Coast style IPA with the requisite citrus and pine plus some dankness. Grapefruit and pine are the dominant hop flavors. looks great and above average mouth feel. Nicely brewed.
