Terrible representation of kolsch. The brewery shouldn't have let this out of the building. Right after i poured it I could tell it was wrong just by looking at it. A proper kolsh should be slightly hazy, bright yellow, frothy head with a white grape note. This missed the mark on all fronts. I'll avoid Great Marsh going forward.

Hazy straw color. Modest head but with excellent blanketing lace.
Mostly lighter malted barley grain with a gentle smell.
Very true to style like those in Cologne. Light and refreshing with no sign of raw grain. The mouthfeel is also accurate with strong carbonation and a thinner body. The finish is clean and brief. Overall, this is one of the best Kölsch beers I've ever had.
