Clear, very un-Wit-like. Moderate head but it settles to film and rim bubbles quickly. Decently wide streaks left on the glass after each sip.
The smell is very buttery, almost like movie popcorn. Behind this is a modicum of Belgian yeast aroma.
I pick up green apple and a hint of cinnamon. There’s some faint yeast bite in the background. Fuller bodied than most Wits but with a diminutive level of carbonation, this may be closer to neutral. The finish brings forward the expected banana and some more cinnamon.
