Copper colored and clear. Dense moderate head which recedes slowly. It leaves a solid blanket on the glass. Crystal clear.
The smell is off—it reminds me of dishwashing suds.
The taste is harsh, overly bitter, making this difficult to drink. Some earthy overtones. No notable malt present on the tongue.

16 oz can poured into an IPA glass.
Pours a clear, slightly darker amber, with a 2 finger frothy white head, persisting, and leaving a solid ring of lacing with some light splotching. Beautiful beer.
Initial aroma is pine, lemon, and almost juniper. Further smelling yields somehow the smell of the color of red jasper.
Initial taste before swallowing is dry, somewhat abrasive, butter lemony, piney, and resiny specifically.
After swallowing I first get dry bitterness which hits the entire mouth but primarily the back and bottom of the back. It lasts throughout the whole process and dissipates slightly. This bitterness grows more intense as I drink more. It's also got lemon and a lesser degree of pine to it.
